fa بررسی میزان تغییرات جوف دهن در مریضان کووید- ۱۹در مراجعین شفاخانه امراض ساری افغان جاپان در سال ۱۴۰۰ عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: تغییرات جوف دهن در اثر سیر وایرس کووید- ۱۹ یکی از مشکلات است که داکتران بخش کووید- ۱۹ با آن مواجه است. در اثر سیر این مرض در افراد مصاب به کووید- ۱۹ همزمان تغییرات خاصی در جوف دهن این مریضان به مشاهده می‌رسید که شامل امراض فنگسی، سطوح مخاطی جوف دهن، زخم‌های مخاط و بیره‌ها، &nbsp;خشکی جوف دهن، التهاب تانسل‌ها می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر به هدف بررسی تغییرات جوف دهن در مریضان کووید- ۱۹ در شفاخانه امراض ساری افغان جاپان انجام می‌شود.<br> مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به شکل مقطعی توصیفی در شفاخانه امراض ساری افغان جاپان در شش ماه اول سال 1401 انجام گردید. اطلاعات مورد نیاز پرونده‌های افراد مراجعه کننده و بستری در این شفاخانه که نتیجه آزمایش پی‌سی‌آر آن‌ها مثبت بودند، جمع‌آوری و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.&nbsp;<br> نتایج: تحلیل نتایج نشان داد که از میان 300 نفر مصاب به کوید 19، 52 نفر تغییرات جوف دهن داشتند. این تغییرات شامل خشکی جوف دهن، التهاب تانسل، برفک مخاط دهن، زخم های بیره‌یی و زبان مودار می‌باشد.&nbsp;<br> بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این مطالعه اهمیت استفاده از دواهای روتین برای فرد مصاب با تغییرات جوف دهن، و رعایت حفظ‌الصحه شخصی، قرنطینه و استفاده از ماسک را نشان می‌دهد.&nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Changes in the oral cavity due to the progression of the Covid-19 virus have been one of the problems that doctors in the Covid-19 department have faced. As a result of the progression of this disease, certain changes have been observed in the oral cavity of these patients, which include fungal diseases of the mucous surfaces of the oral cavity (mucosal ulcers and sores), dryness of the oral cavity (tonsilitis), and, fortunately, over time, these changes are decreasing with the addition of some medicines. The present study aimed to investigate the changes in the oral cavity in Covid-19 patients at the Afghan Japan Infectious Diseases Hospital (Covid-19).<br> Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted at the Afghan Japan Infectious Diseases Hospital (Covid-19) from the HMIS department data (patients in bed with Covid-19 with PCR + Covid-19 test).<br> Results: The results of this study are as follows in both male and female genders. Out of 300 people infected with COVID-19, 52 of them experienced oral cavity changes.
